Requirement

Welcome to the requirement page for the MISS TEEN AFRICA UK Beauty & Cultural Pageant, which celebrates our culture and young women of African Heritage in the UK. Here you will find the basic details of what is required of you to enter this prestigious event. Please find details below:

  1. Applicant must have permanent residency in the UK with an African heritage and in possession of a valid ID before the grand finale and be able to travel to Europe, America and Africa freely in order to compete in an international Pageant.
  2. Applicants must be between the age of 15 – 19 by the start of the event to compete in the Pageant.
  3. Applicant must be in good health and can, to the best of her knowledge, participate fully in any pageant/program activities
  4. The ENTRY FEE of £25 must be paid via our card payment or PayPal link after completing the application form (The application fee covers all administration costs and booking of casting and follow-up meetings)
  5. Applicants understand that the entry fee is Non-refundable and Non-transferable.
  6. Applicants are aware that all costs relating to the pageant must be covered by the applicant and/or the applicant’s sponsor.
  7. Applicant understands that in order to advance to the live finals they will need to raise a sponsorship fee (Full information detailed in the application pack)
  8. Applicants must understand the responsibility of being involved in the competition and are required to be flexible during the process and understand that should they win the flexibility must continue
  9. Applicant understands that by submitting the application they are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed in the application pack which can be found using the link below (Please do not pay if you have not read and understood the terms and conditions)
  10. Applicant must be able to attend at least 2 workshops as well as the dress rehearsal. Conflicting schedules must be discussed with the Miss Teen Africa SA team
  11. All contestants under 18 years old must be accompanied to all events by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation
  12. Applicant understands there are NO height, size or weight requirements to enter this competition
